Meet the Team
Check out our small-batch team of authentic, hand-reared improv trainers.
Founder & Workshop Leader
Freya Parker
Freya is an improviser, actor, comedian and certified human who has been in this creative game for over 15 years. She has performed several sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, London’s Soho Theatre and was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards back in the day with her sketch double act Lazy Susan. As well as writing for TV, she now does stand-up on her lonesome but who knows, maybe sketch will call her back (the wigs are always on standby).
She wrote a sketch comedy TV show called, incredibly, Lazy Susan for BBC Three as well as a The East Coast Listening Post, ‘This American Life’ spoof for BBC Radio 4. As an actor she has starred in Wonka, Jurassic World: Dominion, Big Mood (Channel 4) and One Day (Netflix). She was a fixture on the London improv scene and trained under the Second City alumnus David Shore in long-form improvisation.
In her spare time she lifts weights and is excited to bench press you.
