CLASS DESCRIPTION In this performance focused class, we’re going to explore a variety of alternate openings for The Harold (and other formats) as well as introduce you to several new long-form formats - like The Slacker and Armando. Plus, we’ll dive into some powerful character and scenic tools for you to use in your shows. ​​ Level Four comes with a graduation show at the end of the course, where your family, friends, and even people you don’t know can see just how funny you are these days - as you and your classmates perform The Armando - a dynamic fusion of hilarious scenes inspired by the true stories of the show’s guest host! ​ - This course is intended for graduates of our Level Three class. - Class is limited to 14 spaces, with priority given to continuing students. - If you would like to join us for Level Four, please note - we rarely admit experienced improvisers above Level Two, but you're welcome to ask. Contact us with details of your improv experience and we’ll let you know when our next audition is. If you have not completed out Level Three class, please do not book these classes without consulting us - any such booking will not be refundable. If in doubt, ask! Class will start at 11.45am on Sunday 22nd March 2025 and run for 8 weeks with a one week gap for Easter (no class on April 5th) wrapping up on Sunday May 17th. The graduation show will soon after the last session, provisionally on Thursday May 28th. All sessions/shows are at the Northern Monk Refectory on Tariff Street in the Northern Quarter.
