• Classes will begin promptly so please get there in plenty of time. If you are going to be late please contact your teacher.
   

• Course classes are 3 hours long. We will take a 15 minute break mid-way through so you can step outside and get a drink, snack and check your messages. Please do not eat or drink (apart from water) in the studio. Also no phone use during class please.
   

• All classes will take place at Northern Monk Refectory, 10 Tariff Street, Manchester M1 2FF or at another central Manchester rehearsal space.
   

• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move around in.
   

• You must attend 6 out of the 8 classes otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will pass the class.

• In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, we will reschedule at a later date.
   

• If you have to drop out of the course, you are not eligible for a refund. If you have any outstanding fees, they will still need to be paid.
   

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel up to 2 weeks before the class start date. If you cancel within 2 weeks, we can refund 50%. No refunds within 1 week of start date.
   

• You must pay your fees before the first class begins unless otherwise arranged. Late fee payments will incur a £20 fee. The payment link will be in your welcome email.
   

• There is no public performance at the end of Level One or Level Two.
   

• Improv North has a strict policy that all students should feel safe, supported and free to have fun in class. If we feel that any student is compromising that, we reserve the right to remove them from the class. If you have an issue with a student or teacher, please contact us and we will aim to find a swift and fair resolution. Please see our student handbook and our policy against harassment for more details.
